Blankdecks US is operated by Falken Collective LLC, manufacturing/retailing/distributing skateboard products. Falken Collective LLC is a registered business operating out of Austin, TX.

Blankdecks works just like any other e-commerce platform or webshop. We offer products, you have the option to buy them.

The big difference between Blankdecks and other skateboard webshops is that we are not just a reseller, meaning, we don’t just sell products from other brands. We are, in fact, a skateboard manufacturer and distributor. This means that we supply other skateboard brands and skateshops with products, so that they can sell it.

Because we produce our own skateboard products, we can sell product straight from the factory and offer the best professional quality skateboards for such low prices.

You can keep track of your order status, including the status of your payment, through your account. The status will be updated in real-time and should always be up-to-date. If anything is still unclear, you could always contact our customer service.

We accept a variety of payment methods through our payments integrations. Payments can be done through our Payment Service Provider (PSP) Square (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB, UnionPay) or PayPal (can also be used for Visa and MasterCard payments).

Since we keep our own stock and ship all products from our own warehouse, our order processing is usually very fast. Once we received your payment, we will start processing your order immediately. Usually this means that your order will shipped within 1-2 days, depending on the exact time your order comes in. To speed up the process we advice to pay for your order through Square or PayPal.

For products that require customization (like our Design your own deck (Pro++) product) you need to take production lead times into account. These products will usually ship within 10-14 working days after the payment and all files for production have been received.

At the moment, Blankdecks US only ships domestically.

Depending on your location and order details/size/weight, we ship most orders through UPS or USPS. When they don’t offer services for your location, we might use another logistics service provider.

Domestic orders are generally delivered within 2-7 working days.

We give warranty on manufacturing errors on all of our products! This means, when you receive your order and something seems wrong, you can return the products and we will provide you with new goods or refund your money. Warranty only applies on products with defects on delivery or (factory) construction defects.

If you received your order but you changed your mind about it, you have 14 days to return it, no questions asked. This only applies to products that are not used, not assembled in any way (gripped or assambled as complete), by you OR us, and preferably still in the original packaging.

In most cases, when your order is processed, a tracking number will be attached to your order details in your account. If there is no tracking number available you can send us an email and we’ll update you accordingly.

If you changed your mind about your order, please send us an email before the order is processed and/or shipped. This usually happens within 12 hours after placing your order.

No, we are not forcing you to create an account with us. We offer a simple guest checkout as well. We do encourage you to create an account first to enjoy faster, more personalized service and other benefits.
